Home Try On Terms & Conditions

 

We're thrilled to offer New Zealand and Australian residents the opportunity to try on our bridal separates from the comfort of your own home before making a purchase. To do so, we charge a fee of $95 for the first two garments, and $25 for each additional garment, which covers shipping and handling, as well as cleaning and maintenance to ensure our dresses remain in pristine condition for the next bride. Every home try-on includes a $50 store credit towards your purchase if you decide to do so.

Once you've received the garments, the try on period will begin and continue until you return it to us. Please note that the items remain the property of Lilia Cass Ceremonial at all times.

We offer "Tear & Stain Protection" up to the value of $250 to cover minor damage or staining, and we'll only charge you the difference if we assess that the cost of repair will be higher than this amount.

If you return the items after the due date, we reserve the right to charge additional fees at a rate of $25 per day overdue. However, we won't count weekends or public holidays when calculating the number of overdue days.

If you fail to return the items within 15 days after the return date, we'll consider them a "non-return" and charge your credit card 150% of the recommended retail value, taking into account any late fees already paid.

We understand that accidents happen, and we'll work with you to determine the replacement value of any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair. To ensure the safety of our products, we require all outbound courier deliveries to be "Signature Required," but we're happy to work with you to make alternate arrangements if needed. We're committed to protecting your personal and financial information, and we reserve the right to request proof of identity for high-value orders. If we can't confirm the authenticity of an order, we may cancel it at our discretion and notify you via email.
