Shipping & Delivery

We ship internationally using DHL Express - fully tracked, carefully packed, and sent with the same care we put into making each piece. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.


Order types & dispatch times

We offer three types of orders, each with different dispatch timeframes. Please check which applies to your piece before ordering — this information is also listed on every individual product page.

Ready to Wear
Dispatched within 2–3 business days
These pieces are made, quality checked, and waiting for you. We'll have your order carefully packed and on its way within 2–3 business days of your order being placed.

Pre-Order
Dispatched on release date
Pre-order allows you to secure a new season ready-to-wear piece before it arrives. Your estimated dispatch date is listed on the product page and confirmed in your order email. We'll notify you as soon as it ships.

Made to Order
Production time varies by piece
Each made-to-order piece is crafted individually after your order is placed. The estimated production time is listed on the product page. We'll keep you updated and notify you when your order is on its way.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your DHL tracking link as soon as your order leaves our studio.

 

Shipping rates

Shipping is complimentary for all New Zealand orders — no minimum spend required.

For international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery destination. Complimentary DHL Express shipping is included once your order reaches the threshold for your region:

A note on pricing: as a New Zealand business, we remove NZ GST from all international orders. This saving is passed directly to you — helping offset any duties and taxes applicable in your country.


International delivery times

The following are estimated transit times from the date your order is dispatched from our Tauranga studio. These are in addition to any production or pre-order lead time.

Customs inspections are outside our control and can occasionally add 2–4 business days to any delivery. We'll always share your tracking details so you can follow your order every step of the way.


Our shipping partners

We ship primarily with DHL Express — chosen for their reliability, speed, and care with luxury goods. Depending on your destination and order type, we may also use FedEx International Priority, UPS Worldwide Express, or Aramex.

All shipments are fully tracked. Your tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.


Shipping restrictions

We are unable to ship to certain countries and territories due to international sanctions, carrier restrictions, or customs regulations. As a New Zealand business, we comply fully with MFAT sanctions and all applicable export controls.

We currently cannot ship to:

  • Russia and Belarus — NZ government sanctions and carrier suspensions
  • North Korea, Iran, Syria, and Cuba — UN and international sanctions
  • Any territory listed on the MFAT Sanctions Register at the time of order
  • Any region where our primary carriers have suspended service

This list is subject to change. If you're experiencing difficulty at checkout or your country isn't listed in our delivery options, please reach out to info@liliacass.com and we'll do our best to help.


Returns & exchanges

We have a 15-day return window from delivery, and we always encourage an exchange first - the restocking fee is waived and your new piece is dispatched as a priority. Made-to-order and customised pieces cannot be returned.
